Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We ship across the United States and Canada. We don't currently ship outside North America.
Shipping Cost
Free on every order. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
We ship via UPS for standard sizes and DHL for larger pieces — the carrier is selected by size and destination.
Production & Delivery Time
- Production: 1–3 business days (canvas usually 1–2)
- Transit: 2–7 business days
- Total: approximately 3–10 business days door to door
Orders ship Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll contact you by email if there's a significant delay.
Need It Faster
If you need your canvas sooner than our standard timeline, email info@luxecanvasart.com — ideally before placing the order, or right after. We can often expedite production to fit your date.
Packaging
Depending on size, canvases ship in a sturdy cardboard box or a wooden crate, always with insurance included. Larger pieces get the wooden-box treatment.
Tracking Your Order
A shipment confirmation with tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves our atelier. You can also track any order at luxecanvasart.com/apps/track123.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
No extra fees for US customers. Our atelier is in Canada, close to the US border — and our canvas prints qualify under the CUSMA agreement (Canada-United States-Mexico free trade). That means no customs or duties apply on shipments into the United States.
For Canadian orders, any applicable local taxes are shown at checkout — no surprise charges after the fact.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, email info@luxecanvasart.com with your order number and three photos: the damage on the canvas itself, the outside of the shipping box, and the shipping label. Keep the original packaging until the replacement is confirmed. We prioritize damage claims — replacements usually ship quickly at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply (even for free-shipping orders).
