Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We craft every piece by hand and want you to love what arrives at your door. If anything's wrong, contact us within 21 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange within 21 days of the delivery date. Items should be in their original, unused condition — in original packaging where possible.
Who pays for return shipping
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered — we cover all return and replacement shipping, or issue a full refund.
- Change of mind — return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How to start a return
Email info@luxecanvasart.com with your order number and a short description. All returns must be approved by our team before the item is shipped back — once approved we'll share the return address and next steps.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank processing typically adds 3–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Artwork
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email info@luxecanvasart.com within 21 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage on the canvas itself
- A photo of the outside of the shipping box
- A photo of the shipping label (clearly legible)
Please keep the original packaging until we've confirmed the replacement. We prioritize damage claims — in most cases a replacement ships quickly at no additional cost.
Cancellation & Modification
You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it at no charge. After 12 hours, production has usually begun and cancellations or changes can no longer be guaranteed. To request a change or cancellation, email info@luxecanvasart.com with your order number as soon as possible.
The same 12-hour window applies to shipping address changes. After that, shipping labels are usually generated and address changes aren't guaranteed.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom sizes and pieces from the Personalized Gifts portal are printed to order and are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective. For issues with these items, email info@luxecanvasart.com with photos and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Important Notes
Correct shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees will apply (even if the original shipping was free).
Color variation
A slight color difference between the artwork on your screen and the printed canvas can occur due to variations in display settings and printing processes. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Prior approval
All return requests must be communicated to us and approved before an item is shipped back. We cannot process refunds for packages refused by the recipient or returned without our prior authorization.
