- We ship both canvases and posters in sturdy cardboard packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
- Items usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date of completed payment.
- We offer free shipping via UPS for orders to the US and Canada. Delivery times may vary between 2-7 business days.
- All our shipments are insured, so you don't have to worry about your purchase during transit.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
General Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not completely happy with your artwork(s), please contact us within 21 days of the delivery date. We can offer a refund, store credit, or replacement. Please note that for general returns or exchanges (where the item is not damaged or incorrect), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged Artwork(s):
We do our best to provide exceptional service, but some factors like shipping and handling are outside our control, and in rare situations, orders may get damaged in transit. If this happens, please email us at info@luxecanvasart.com within 21 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost.
Important Notes & Disclaimers
- Custom Orders: Custom size orders and orders submitted through our "Personalized Gifts" portal are not eligible for return or refund. If there's an issue with a custom order, please email us at info@luxecanvasart.com with photos and a description of the problem, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement if verified.
- Correct Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
- Color Variations: Please note that a slight color difference between the artwork viewed online and the actual printed product is normal due to variations in photo shooting lighting or screen brightness.
- Communication is Key: All return or exchange requests must be communicated to us in advance. We cannot process refunds or credits for packages that are refused or returned to our production center without prior notification.
