Description

Golden ginkgo leaves branch across a slate gray background in this botanical canvas. The metallic gold brings warmth without gloss, landing somewhere between a sketch and a painted surface.

This piece fits naturally in a modern living room, bedroom, or entryway alongside warm metals and neutral tones. The portrait orientation works well on a feature wall or beside a reading chair.

Available in ten sizes from 12 by 17 inches up to 47 by 71 inches. Ships ready to hang as a gallery wrap, or add a floating frame in nine finishes: Black, White, Silver, Yellow Gold, Antique Gold, Rose Gold, Pink, Dark Walnut, or White Oak.

Canvas is a cotton-polyester blend (400 gsm) stretched on a solid pine frame, printed with archival pigment inks. Free shipping to the US and Canada.

The Craft

Cotton-polyester canvas

Semi-matte cotton-poly blend at 400 gsm. Slight give in the surface β€” the texture you'd expect from a real canvas, not photo paper.

Archival pigment inks

Light-fast for decades when displayed indoors, out of direct sunlight. Calibrated colour reproduction, true to the original.

20 mm solid pine frame

Kiln-dried pine stretcher bars, deep enough for a clean gallery-wrap edge. The canvas wraps around all four sides, no staples on the front.

Recessed hanging channel

The back of the stretcher has a channel cut along its perimeter. One or two screws partway into the wall, slot the canvas on. No wire, no hooks.

How to Hang

Mark eye level

Centre of the canvas at 57–60 inches from the floor β€” the gallery standard. Above furniture, leave 6–12 inches between the top of the piece and the bottom of the canvas.

Pick your screws

Match to your wall: drywall anchors for plasterboard, masonry screws for brick or concrete. One screw is enough for portrait pieces; use two side by side for landscape.

Drive them partway in

Leave the heads protruding by about 5 mm. The recessed channel on the back of the stretcher will catch the heads β€” that's the entire hanging system.

Slot the canvas on

Lower the canvas until the channel catches both screws. Slide left or right to centre. No wire, no picture hooks, no measuring twice.

Across the United States and Canada. Free on every order β€” UPS for standard sizes, DHL for large pieces, both with tracking and insurance.

How long until it arrives?

Production takes 1–3 business days. Transit adds 2–7. Total approximately 3–10 business days door to door.

Do US customers pay duties?

No extra fees for US customers. Our canvas prints qualify under the CUSMA agreement, so no customs or duties apply.

Does it come ready to hang?

Yes. The recessed channel cut on the back of the stretcher catches your screws directly β€” no wire, no picture hooks. You'll need one or two wall screws of your own (chosen for your wall type).

Can I return it?

Yes β€” within 21 days of delivery. Items in original condition; original packaging where possible. We cover return shipping for damaged or wrong-item cases. Custom sizes are final sale.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Custom orders add about 2 days to production and follow the same minimum/maximum range as our standard sizes. Email info@luxecanvasart.com with your dimensions.
